1. Roomba j7+ from iRobot
The Roomba J7+, IRobot's most intelligent robot to date, is the Roomba J7+. Its most notable innovation, however, is its camera-based obstacle-detection technology. It uses AI to identify objects such as charging cords and shoes. It's the first robot to send you pictures of the objects that it encounters, so you can tell the robot to stay clear of it.
The Combo j7+ is also the most efficient mop robot we've ever tested, removing spills and dirt effortlessly and leaving no trace that it was there. The iRobot app makes it easy to control. It can schedule cleanings, and also create Keep Out Zones to ensure it doesn't vacuum in areas you don’t would like. It's compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant so you can start and stop it by voice.
The design is also more appealing than the other models. It features an elegant, top piece that appears like an toy, not the loud and annoying robot. Clean Base's Automatic Dirt removal System also self-empties, which can cut down on cleaning time.
In our tests the j7+ performed quick to pick up and remove dust dirt, pet hair and even pet hair. cleaning robots that counter-rotate kept the debris in place instead of scattering it across the floor. It was able capture small gravel, sand and even a tiny bit of grit. Most robots can't do this. It did without getting caught up in our pet's hair.
The j7+, although not as smart as the Roomba S9 for $1,217and Self-Emptying Vacuum Robot from iRobot and can't clean the stairs, is a good option for those who require both a vacuum and a mop. It's not too expensive and the iRobot App makes it easy to use.
The iRobot Home App is easy to use, however we found it less reliable than other robotic cleaner apps. It can take a long time to download updates, and sometimes it's difficult to tell whether the update is functioning until you've seen it in the action.
2. Roborock Q5+
If you're looking for a robotic vacuum cleaner that does more than simply clean your floors, a hybrid is the best option. These bots are equipped with a water tank so they can mop and vacuum at the same time. They also have a number of additional features, including smart mapping, small obstacle avoidance, and the ability to dry and wash mopping pads. They're expensive at retail, but usually are reduced on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
Roborock is the manufacturer of some of our most loved robotic vacuums and the Q5+ doesn't fail to impress. This is the least expensive model of their auto-empty line. Although it doesn't come with some of the expensive features (like no-go zones and multi-story memories) however, it's an excellent option if you are willing to compromise to save a few bucks.

The Q5+ is remarkably soft when it comes to obstacles like table legs and walls. This makes it an ideal option for homes with many furniture pieces. It's also extremely thorough when it comes to cleaning dust bunnies, which is a problem where cheaper robot vacuums often fail. The technology used to navigate in the Q5+ is superb too, with very little misses in corners and along walls.
Like other Roborock devices, the Q5+ can be controlled by a few buttons on the device or through the Roborock app. Through the app, you can start and stop cleaning and schedules, as well as create virtual barriers and no-go zones and adjust your home map or change the labels of rooms.
If you decide to go with the Q5+ model, it ships with a new auto-empty dock, which was specifically designed to make this machine easy to maintain. Installing it requires a screwdriver, but once in place it is done easily. It has a large LCD screen that is very useful in setting up schedules and altering settings. This isn't a necessary feature for the majority of people however it will assist you in keeping track of the maintenance intervals for your robot effortlessly.
3. Narwal Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot mop and vacuum that's incredibly intelligent in its mopping and vacuuming capabilities. Its design is one of the best in the industry however it's quite expensive.
The base station looks nice and is easily hidden when not in use, and its dimensions are quite small. But the station's biggest selling point is how it automates many tasks and functions that most other robots leave up to you. It stores clean and dirty water, electrolyzes and heats the water (which the majority of other robots require you to do) also emptying the dustbin after vacuuming, and keeps your robot charged and clean.
And its vacuuming is impressive as well. It's one of the few robovacs I've tested that does very well at collecting debris from unfinished floors, and it's not as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot the 900 series.
But the Freo X Ultra has its flaws, particularly when it comes to navigation. The laser and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable as other robovacs, which means it can get stuck or confused in certain areas or rooms of the house. It can't navigate stairs as well as competitors, either and doesn't come with a dock that lets you to set up a dedicated cleaning zone for plush carpets.
Although it doesn't provide the same amount of cleaning configuration options in its app or as many shortcuts within the app as other robovacs, the Freo X Ultra is still an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comprehensive robot vacuum and mop that's worth the price cost.
If you're looking to cut costs or aren't concerned about the limitations of the robot, there are plenty of other options on the market. Many of the eufy models cost substantially less. The eufy Qrevo Curv, for instance is less expensive and offers an identical experience on the app with more features like stair climbing, a full-function dock, and better overall performance when vacuuming floors as well as high and low-pile carpets.
4. Eufy RoboVac G30
Eufy is an Anker company with a history of producing robot vacuums that offer the perfect combination of performance, features, and price. The G30 Hybrid offers a powerful cleaning of hard and carpeted flooring, and mopping functions at an affordable price. It's simple to set up, just snap one of the side brushes on, switch on and plug in the charging dock. The app will guide you through the steps to connect your G30 to your Wi-Fi. robot vacuum cleaner sale must be located close to an outlet that has enough space to move.
The G30 is a tiny device, measuring 2.85 inches in height, which means it can fit under most couches and low-clearance pieces furniture. Its design is more subtle compared to some rival models. It is sleek with a black finish and three buttons that are physical for Auto Cleaning start/pause (which scrubs the area in a spiral pattern for two minutes) Recharge, and Spot Cleaner. You can also link the G30 to Amazon Alexa or Google Home to perform cleaning that is not scheduled using voice commands.
The most important characteristic that sets the G30 apart from most competitors is the way it cleans. It makes use of a built-in map to create an image of non-movable objects that are in its path, remembering what it's already cleaned and the areas it's not able to access. It will return to the base to recharge, and then begins cleaning where it left off.
The eufy G30 has its flaws, though. The iRobot Roomba 675 is better built, incurs lower recurring costs, charges more quickly and has the same battery life. It also offers superior performance on floors that are unfinished and carpets with a low pile. It also has a bigger dust bin that doesn't have to be empty as often and comes with an array of boundaries that ensure it isn't in certain areas. The G30 is more affordable and simpler to maintain. Its smaller size means that it doesn't have to be emptied as often and has less difficulty handling bulky products such as cereal.
